YES! Our organization would like to participate in JavaJavaMoola"s Fundraising Program. We understand that we will be shipped all necessary materials to conduct the fundraiser and that a representative will be available to assist the organization throughout this event. Organization will be responsible for the accuracy of total orders placed. All orders shall be placed by the Organization on our online order system: www.JavaJavaMoola.com . You will be given a password to log on to your account inside the system. Shipping is free! There is a $10.00 processing fee on all orders. We understand that all product orders solicited are to be collected by the Organization at the time of ordering and payment will be made to JavaJavaMoola Trading Company prior to receiving the order. Checks will be accepted but processing time could delay shipping briefly. Payment for your order can be submitted by money order, or check mailed to JavaJavaMoola Trading Company, 12410 Salmon Point Colorado Springs, CO 80921. You can also pay by any major credit card through Pay Pal as part of our online ordering system when you place your order which will expedite your order. All customer / supporter checks are to be made out to your Organization as part of your FUNdraising campaign. Your orders must be paid in full to JavaJavaMoola Trading Company prior to orders being shipped. (Orders will normally be delivered in less than 2 weeks after payment is received and processed.) Orders will be shipped (boxed in alphabetical order by coffee flavor) for easy handout to your customers. Please allow at least two (2) weeks from submittal and receipt of this Application (for delivery of your fundraising materials) to start your Fundraiser. Campaign packets will be mailed to you as soon as we receive this application.
